A van driver was arrested in a separate operation, mounted by Naas Roads Policing Unit.
A driver has been arrested in Kildare, following a failed drugs test.
Naas Roads Policing Unit were on patrol on Tuesday, when they detected a motorist holding a mobile phone whilst driving.
The motorist then failed a drugs tests, and indications for cannabis were returned.
They were arrested.
Gardai say "FCPNs have been issued and proceedings are to follow."

The motorist then failed a Road Side Drugs Test for Cannabis and was arrested.

It was found that the van was uninsured & that the driver had given a false name, they were a learner driver with an out of date permit.
They were arrested & the van was seized
