Former Athy Resident Who Masturbated In Front Of Seven-Year-Old Girls Will Be Sentenced Tomorrow

The charge he pleaded guilty to specified the act was for the purpose of sexual gratification or corrupting minors.

In Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, Mark Dolan, 48, formerly residing at Andrew Heights, Dún Brinn, Athy, confessed to exposing himself and engaging in indecent behavior in front of a group of children on May 6, 2023.

The incident involved him masturbating in the presence of four young girls, aged seven, who were playing outside their homes in Dublin.

The charge he pleaded guilty to specified the act was for the purpose of sexual gratification or corrupting minors.

He will be sentenced tomorrow.
