HSE Warns Festival Goers As MDMA Pills Are Containing Double The Average Adult Dose

The warning comes as festival goers will attend District X festival in Palmerstown House this weekend

The HSE is warning festival goers to “mind themselves and others” as the illegal drugs market evolves.

Drug tents from the health services Safer Nightlife Programme found half of the MDMA pills tested at Electric Picnic contained nearly double the average adult dose.

The drug harm reduction teams will be on-site for back of house testing at District X Festival in Palmerstown House this Saturday.
