Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a male in Clogheen, Monasterevin at approximately 9pm on Sunday, 21st of May 2023.
A statement this morning from the Garda Press Office states: "The deceased was removed to Naas Mortuary where a post-mortem is due to take place at a later date.
A follow-up statement says: "The results of the post mortem will determine the course of the investigation. The local Coroner has been notified".
"Foul play is not suspected at this time."
