The country's first high-power electric vehicle charging hub's being launched today.
It's located at Mayfield Services off the M7 at Monasterevin in Co. Kildare.
Up to 8 vehicles will be able to use the network at once, with a 6 minute charge providing 100 kilometres of battery life.
