The maxium mortgage available in Kildare on a median salary is € 207,307
The median house price here is € 320,000
The analysis shows a person on a median income and a 20 percent deposit can only buy a home in Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Longford, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo.
