A man in his 40s arrested yesterday morning in relation to arson in Leixlip has been charged and is due to appear in court at a later date.
Gardaí said they are continuing to investigate all the circumstances surrounding two incidents of criminal damage by fire that occurred at a property falsely rumoured to house asylum seekers.
The incidents occurred on Tuesday, 30th January and Wednesday, 7th February, 2024.
