Two people have been arrested.
A man has died in a stabbing incident in Wicklow.
Emergency services were called to a house in the Ballyconnell area of Shillelagh at around 8 o'clock last night where they found a 36 year old man with stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body is still there this morning pending the arrival of the state pathologist.
A woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s were arrested at the scene and are currently being detained at Bray and Baltinglass garda stations.
They're being questioned at Bray and Baltinglass garda stations.
Anyone who may have been in the Ballyconnell area, near Shillelagh, is asked to contact gardaí.
