The driver was detected by Naas RPU, while on patrol on the N7.

A driver in Kildare has been arrested, after being found many times over the drink driving limit.

Naas Roads Policing Unit, while on patrol on the N7, observed a car with frontal damage as a result of hitting a barrier

The motorist failed a roadside breath test and was arrested

When tested at the station, they were found to be 4 times the legal limit

The driver has been charged, and a court appearance is to follow.
