Naas Councillor Calls For End To Publishing Politicians' Addresses Online After Vandalism Attack

Councillor Clear says election candidates shouldn't have to publish their addresses online.

A Naas Councillor is calling for politicians' addresses not to be published online, after his home was vandalised.

A rock was thrown through Independent Bill Clear's front window yesterday morning.

Speaking on Kildare Today, Cllr Clear said he believes it was a targeted attack, after his address was made public as part of his general election bid.

Councillor Clear says election candidates shouldn't have to publish their addresses online.

Yesterday, Kfm detailed how a rock was thrown through Cllr Clear's home.
