They were conducted in rural Naas, at the Sallins by-pass and in the town.
Naas Gardai have seized three vehicles in separate operations.
Gardai detected a car being driven "erratically & speeding".
It was pulled over, and it was found to have been untaxed for 327 days.
The car was seized & a Fixed Charge Penalty Notice was issued.
Proceedings are now to follow.

In a separate operation on the Sallins By-Pass, Naas Roads Policing Unit detected uninsured car driven by unaccompanied learner driver.
The motorists had not displayed any L plates.
The vehicle was impounded and proceedings are underway.

And, during recent checkpoints, Naas RPU stopped a car found not to be insured.
It was seized.
