Naas Policing Unit Apprehend Reckless Driver Going Twice The Speed Limit

The driver was arrested for dangerous driving.

In a recent operation conducted by the Naas Roads Policing Unit, a car was clocked travelling at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour in an 80 kilometers per hour zone.

The incident occurred during routine speed checks aimed at ensuring road safety in the area.

The driver was arrested for dangerous driving with court to follow.

The Naas Roads Policing Unit were carrying out speed checks recently when they detected this car over taking at 160kh in an 80kph area.

They were stopped and the driver was arrested for dangerous driving.
