People who want to share their memories of Maynooth are invited to join.
Maynooth University is looking for people aged 65 over.
People are sought to form small walk and talk groups, walking through the community while sharing their memories.
It's part of a project set up by Maynooth University, The Alzheimer Society, and The Irish Research Council.
The project will have people engaging in physical activity, while reminiscing and probing their memories.
Things like actively using our memories is something that keeps the mind sharp into later life, according to Dr. Richard Roche.
