Briargate Developments Newbridge Limited have applied for planning permission for 336 homes in Newbridge, under the Strategic Housing Development.
The company plans to build 245 houses, 91 apartments/duplexes, and a crèche on a site at Ballymany, in the town.
The case was lodged on 22nd July & is due to be decided on by 10th November.
