Mick Corley made the appeal on this morning's Kildare Today programme
The Sallins Men's Shed have issued an urgent appeal for a permanent premises in the village, as they currently have nowhere to meet.
They were originally in the Waterways in Sallins but had to vacate that facility a number of years ago.
Mick Corley, a spokesperson for the Men's Shed has made a number of appeals down through the years, but says nothing has materialised.
Speaking to the 'Kildare Today' programme, Mr. Corley says it's vital a premises is found, as the Shed is a very important outlet for a number of men in the area.
