A special meeting of the Naas Municipal District has been called for Monday.
It is to debate 109 motions on the town's draft Local Area Plan.
The document, on its adoption, will act as a blueprint for all forms of growth and development in Naas and its hinterland for a 6 year period.
The LAP was put out for public consultation by Kildare County Council earlier this year.
Monday's meeting will include the Chief Executive's report on submissions made by locals, businesses and other organisations.
