Tenders Issued For Realignment Of Maynooth Road.

Cairn Homes is also seeking a contractor to build a kilometre of new carriageway.

Tenders for the realignment of a Maynooth road have been issued.

Cairn Homes is seeking a contract to contruct 550m of single carriageway road to NRA standard, including roadway, pathway, cycleway and verge along with signalised junction, on the Dunboyne Road.

A section of the route will "incorporate traffic management while works are on-going. "

In a second Lot, the firm is also seeking a contractor to build "1,180m of single carriageway road to KCC estate road standard including roadway, pathway, and verge. "

The dealine for responses is October 22nd.
