Phoenix Park Tunnel services are operating to Hazelhatch, and the Heuston commuter is running from Heuston to Hazelhatch.
The 4.25pm Cork to Heuston service has been cancelled.
The 5.25pm Cork to Heuston will be the next service.
Iarnród Éireann have said they are working to arrange bus transfers where possible.
