The Celbridge area Eircode continues to have the highest house prices in Kildare, averaging at €390,000.
The W91 Eircode, which covers Naas and a large hinterland, has the second highest average price in the county, at €330,000.
That's according to the latest CSO analysis.
In the R56 Eircode, covering the Curragh region, the average is €280,000.
The W12 Newbridge and R51 Kildare averages are €265,000, each.
In W39, covering Monasterevin, the average is €239,000.
The mean house price in Kildare for the 12 months to April was 330,000.
Residential property prices increased by 4.5% nationally in the year to April.
The CSO says "This compares to an increase of 3.5% in the year to March and an increase of 0.7% in the twelve months to April 2020."
In Dublin, residential property prices saw an increase of 3.5% in the year to April, while property prices outside Dublin were 5.4% higher.
