A girl fell onto the tracks after being spat at.
Stephanie Rohan reports.
"This incident – which happened on April 1st this year - was captured on CCTV.
It showed a group of teenage boys – some with bicycles - on the platform at Howth Junction DART station.
People can be seen running to catch the DART and it appears one girl is spat at and falls through the gap and onto the tracks as she tries to avoid the boys.
Gardai in Raheny have been investigating the incident and now the Director of Public Prosecutions has directed that two boys be charged.
They’re due before the Children’s Court in Dublin this morning. "
