It was set up in the wake of the murder of journalist, Veronica Guerin.
The Criminal Assets Bureau has seized goods worth over €88.5 million since 2016.
Today is its 25th anniversary.

The Criminal Assets Bureau was set up on the 15th of October 1996 - less than four months after Veronica Guerin's murder.
It seizes property from criminals who acquired it through illegal means.
Veronica's brother, Jimmy Guerin, says he's proud of its work.
