The renowned route will be replaced with a new E2 service under BusConnects
One of Dublin's most iconic bus routes - the 46a - makes its final journey today.
The long running service, from the Phoenix Park to Dun Laoghaire, was renowned for its route across the city.
It was immortalised in song by the band Bagatelle but will be replaced tomorrow with a new E2 service under BusConnects.
Denyse Woods managed to convince CIE to let her have a 46a for her wedding in the 1980s.
