17 year old boy was arrested the East Sussex Street, Dublin.
GSOC is appealing for potential witnesses to come forward in relation to a public order incident in Dublin city centre on Tuesday June 1st.
A 17 year old boy was arrested the East Sussex Street area at around 9 o'clock in the evening.
Following his arrest the teenager was brought to Pearse Street Garda Station for questioning.
A Garda Superintendent referred the matter to the Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission.
GSOC wants to hear from anyone who may have captured the incident on CCTV, dashcams or mobile footage.
