A new programme on Channel 4 highlights children's dependence on digital devices
Children find it difficult to take a "digital detox" because they use devices and smart phones too young.
It comes as a new programme on Channel 4 called "Swiped" experimented with a class of school kids in the UK and removed digital devices from them for three weeks to see how it impacted social behaviour.
CyberSafeKids says 95 per cent of 12 year olds have a smart phone - and its CEO, Alex Cooney, says some children aren't prepared to be online.
