A new programme on Channel 4 highlights children's dependence on digital devices
Children find it difficult to take a "digital detox" because they use devices and smart phones too young.

CyberSafeKids says 95 per cent of 12 year olds have a smart phone - and its CEO, Alex Cooney, says some children aren't prepared to be online.
