Aims to slow the progression of eye disease in people with diabetes
A cholesterol-lowering drug may slow the progession of eye disease in people with diabetes.
Researchers in the UK have published new results for the drug, called 'Fenofibrate'.
They say it could reduce the risk of progression by up to 27-percent.
