That's the message from cystic fibrosis campaigner Jillian McNulty to hospital catering staff, as complaints from patients have been released by the Health Information and Quality Authority to the Irish Independent.
Criticisms include out of date yoghurt, cold tea, and going nearly a whole day without water.
Ms. McNulty says no effort is put in by staff to make good food for patients.
