The Rotunda Hospital says visiting hours for the partners of pregnant women will be extended from Monday.
The maternity hospital says they'll now be allowed into the hospital from 8am to 8pm each day.
It follows criticism over its policy for restricting access for partners.
The issue was highlighted this week, after RTE crews were found to have been allowed access for filming during the pandemic, while partners were restricted.
