Shortly before 6am, a car failed to stop for Gardaí when directed to do so.
Two Teenagers were arrested in the Baltinglass area of Co. Wicklow in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Gardai were alerted to a stolen car and shortly before 6am a stinger device was deployed on the N81 at Burgage Moyle, and the car was brought to a stop.
The car along with a number of items suspected of being stolen were recovered.
Two teenagers, were arrested at the scene and held at a Garda Station in Co. Wicklow.
They have since been charged, and are expected to appear before a special sitting of Waterford District Court today.
