The bank's encouraging personal and business customers to "get ready" for changes, including looking into other providers about moving or closing accounts.
It follows a previous announcement by Ulster Bank that it plans to exit the Irish market in 2022.
The bank says customers don't need to act now, but they will be contacted directly early in the new year about formal account closures.
