Vacant Property Grant Eligibility Expanded For 4,000 Homes

In addition, the Local Authority Homes Loan Scheme is being extended to the purchase and renovation of derelict properties for the first time.

The number of homes eligible for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant is being doubled.

Cabinet ministers agreed to the move today, which will raise the target to 4 thousand homes to be delivered by 2025.
