A woman in her 20s has been killed in a road collision in Co. Cavan.
Gardaí were called to a three-car crash at Derrygarra Lower, Butlersbridge at around 5.20am this morning.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene
Two other women, one in her 30s and the other in her 50s were taken to Cavan General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The road is closed for a technical examination, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
