Second in the table the Division 2 hurlers had a 2-34 to 0-8 points win over bottom side Tyrone, in Cedral St. Conleths Park.
That result and Derry's win over Meath by 1-27 to 1-23 has Kildare on the cusp of promotion to Division 1B next season.
Two teams will be promoted.
Currently, on the table, Kildare, with their last game away to Meath in two weeks time, lead with 8 points on score difference from Down, who play Kerry today.
Kerry and Meath have 4 points each, but both have two games left - Meath's last one will be at home to Kildare.
So, all to play for in the Division, but Kildare are looking the likely promotion candidates, along with Down.
In Division 1A, it finished Limerick 1-27 Galway 0-18 points.
Today Clare play Cork in Ennis at 3:15pm.
Before that Kilkenny and Tipperary face off at 1:15pm.
In Division 1B, Dublin beat Carlow 2-29 to 3-17 in Parnell Park .
That win means Offaly are promoted to Division 1A next year.
In the Very National Camogie League, Division 3A, Kildare beat bottom side Louth by 8-10 to 1-2.
Laois lead the table on 7 points, from Roscommon also on 7, Wicklow 6 and Kildare 4 points.
