An Independent Judicial Committee today ruled the tackle was 'below the red card threshold'.

England's Owen Farrell has had his red card against Wales rescinded and is available to play immediately.

The out-half was dismissed after initially receiving a yellow card for a high challenge on Taine Basham last weekend.

An Independent Judicial Committee today ruled the tackle was 'below the red card threshold'.

It means Farrell will be available for the World Cup - and for Saturday's warm-up match against Ireland in Dublin.
