There's a huge game in the race for Premier League football this evening.

Second plays third in the Championship, with Bournemouth at home to Nottingham Forest.

A win for Bournemouth will secure second place with one game to play, but Forest will move above them on goal difference if they get all three points.

Fulham clinched the title last night following a 7-0 hammering of Luton.
