They beat Carlow in Netwatch Cullen Park on a scoreline of 2-17 to 10 points, with the goals coming from Shane O'Sullivan and Paddy Woodgate.
Kildare will now play Wexford in the quarter-final on Saturday afternoon.
On the same day, both Milltown and Allenwood will also be in action in their respective All-Ireland semi finals, and Kfm will have coverage of all the games.
