Nurney and Straffan will meet again tonight in the Auld Sheebeen Athy Intermediate football championship.
The first game saw the referee report the final score as a one point win for Straffan.
However, all media present were of the view that the game ended in a draw.
Nurney lodged an objection to the result with Kildare GAA’s CCCC.
The committee upheld the Nurney objection and ordered a replay.
The game takes place tonight on Pitch 1 in Hawkfield at 7.30pm.
