Robbie Henshaw says its "a great boost" to secure his future with Leinster and the IRFU ahead of the Six Nations.
The 31-year-old has signed a two-year contract extension which will see him remain at Leinster until the 2027-28 season.
At international level, the centre has 77 Ireland caps and has also featured for the British and Irish Lions.
