All three teams advance to their respective provincial deciders

What a weekend for Kildare clubs, as Naas, Allenwood and Milltown reach their respective Leinster Senior, Intermediate and Junior football finals.

It’s the first time ever that three Kildare clubs have reached provincial deciders in the same year.

The results are as follows:

In the Junior Football Championship semi finals:

Milltown 1-16 Kilbeggan Shamrocks

Glyde Rangers 0-9 Man O’War 0-7

The final is confirmed for Manguard Park Hawkfield on Sunday the 3rd of December at 1.30pm.

In the Intermediate Championship semi finals:

Allenwood 2-17 Ballylinan 1-9, after extra time.

Scoil Ui Chonaill 2-11 Rathkenny 1-14, after extra time, with Scoil Ui Chonaill winning 3-2 on penalties.

The final is fixed for Parnell Park on Saturday the 2nd of December with a time to be confirmed.

In the Senior semi finals:

Naas 1-15 St Loman’s 1-10, after extra time.

Kilmacud Crokes 1-16 St Mary’s Ardee 1-11.

If Naas qualify for the AIB Leinster Club Senior Hurling Final - they play Na Fianna in the semi final next weekend – the Football Final will be re-scheduled from December 2nd to the 9th December, with a time and venue to be confirmed.

This morning’s Kildare Today, will review the three games, while Kildare Scoreboard from 6.30 this evening will also review them, along with the rest of the weekend Kildare Sport.
