Rosser spent three years in charge, winning two interprovincial titles.

Leinster say the process to find a replacement will begin in the coming months.

Leinster Rugby CEO Shane Nolan has hailed the legacy left by Tania Rosser at the province.

Nolan said in a statement that Rosser "consistently pursued excellence", as she steered her team to back-to-back interprovincial titles.
