The Kildare Senior Hurlers Play Kerry In Round 2 Of The Allianz National League This Afternoon

Kfm will have live updates with Seamus Dillon

GAA
The Kildare Senior Hurlers play Kerry in Round 2 of the Allianz National League this afternoon.

Throw-in in Cedral St Conleth's Park is at 1 o'clock and Kfm will have live updates with Seamus Dillon.

Last time out, Kildare were beaten by Down in Ballycran.

SOCCER
Nottingham Forest can move level on points with second-placed Arsenal in the Premier League this afternoon.

Brighton are the visitors to the City Ground for the lunchtime game, which gets underway at half 12.

Later, Liverpool can open up a nine-point lead at the top of the table.

The Reds face a tricky trip to high-flying Bournemouth, who are unbeaten in 12 games across all competitions.

That game kicks off at the Vitality Stadium at 3.

At the same time, Everton can go three wins on the trot with victory at home to Leicester City.

The bottom two meet at Portman Road - Ipswich Town can climb out of the relegation by beating Southampton.

And Newcastle can move into the Top 4 this afternoon - they're at home to Fulham.

The evening game sees Aston Villa make the trip to Molineux to face Wolves from half 5.

RUGBY

In the Six Nations, Ireland will welcome England to the Aviva Stadium, with kick-off at quater to five.

At quarter past 2, Scotland and Italy meet at Murrayfield.

Kick-off there is at quater past two.

BASKETBALL

There's a top of the table clash in the Women's Superleague Basketball this evening.

Leixlip's FloMax Liffey Celtics play SETU Wildcats at 7pm in the Leixlip Amenities Centre.

Celtics are joint level on points, and leading on score difference, but they’ve played one game more than Waterford, so the Wildcats officially occupy the top position.

Celtics were surprisingly beaten last weekend away to Trinity Meteors and this game could decide the season, even at this early stage.

HORSE RACING

All eyes will be on Galopin Des Champs as he bids to maintain his perfect record over fences at Leopardstown in the Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup on the opening day of the Dublin Racing Festival.
