Suncroft's Sam Prendergast could be in line for his Ireland debut as he is named in the replacements alongside Naas' Jamie Osborne.
Eadestown's Tadhg Beirne will start the game.
It kicks off at the Aviva Stadium at 8.10pm on Friday.
