Kildare minor ladies footballers lost to Galway yesterday evening, in the All-Ireland 'A' semi-final.
The game finished 2-10 to 11 points.

Declan Bonner has stepped down as manager of the Donegal senior footballers.
The Na Rossa clubman spent five years in charge during his second stint at the helm, winning two Ulster titles.

Rhasidat (pr: Rasheeda) Adeleke just missed out on a place in the women's 400 metres final at the World Athletics Championships in Oregon overnight.
The 19 year old finished fourth in her semi final in a time of 50.87 seconds.
Mark English is into the semi finals of the men's 800 metres after finishing third in his heat.
English clocked his second fastest ever time - 1 minute 44.76 seconds.
Chris O'Donnell ended seventh in his 400 metres semi final, posting a time of 46.01 seconds.
SOCCER
England were given a real fright en route to reaching the semi-finals of Women's Euro 2022.
They needed extra-time, and a long-range strike from Georgia Stanway to beat Spain 2-1 in their quarter-final in Brighton.
The hosts will play either Sweden or Belgium on Tuesday.
There's another quarter-final in the other half of the draw tonight.
Neighbours Germany and Austria meet at the Brentford Community Stadium, where kick-off is at 8pm.
St Pat's and Sligo Rovers are both in European action tonight.
Pat's take on Slovenia's Mura at Richmond Park in the second round of Europa Conference League qualifying.
In the same competition, Sligo Rovers are in Scotland for a meeting with Motherwell.

The peloton must tackle two hors categorie climbs before the finish atop Hautacam.
