Erling Haaland scored a wonder goal as Manchester City came from behind to beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in Group G of the Champions League last night.

The Norwegian connected acrobatically with a Joao Cancelo delivery in the 84th minute - his 13th goal of the season.

The other match in that group was a scoreless draw between Copenhagen and Sevilla.

Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Salzburg in Group E in Graham Potter's first game in charge.

In Group H, Benfica won 2-1 at Juventus and Paris Saint Germain were 3-1 victors away to Maccabi Haifa.

In Group F of the Europa Conference League tonight, Shamrock Rovers are in Belgium to play Gent from 5.45.

At the same time, Manchester United face Sheriff in the Europa League in Moldova.


Stephen Kenny will name his Republic of Ireland squad later for the Nations League matches against Scotland and Armenia.
