Olympic Games begin on July 23rd.

Tokyo's entering a new coronavirus state of emergency from today which means the Olympics will be held under strict restrictions.

There'll be no spectators at the Games, while bars and restaurants aren't allowed to serve alcohol.

Residents in the capital are expected to watch the competition on TV.
