At 8pm they face Scotland in a World Cup play off at Hampden Park.
Blessington's Louise Quinn & Kill's Hayley Nolan are both in the squad.
Tonight's other playoffs see Portugal face Iceland and Switzerland take on Wales.
If either Iceland or Switzerland lose, the Girls in Green will qualify automatically with a victory in Glasgow.
The Republic of Ireland have never qualified for a women's World Cup before.

A period of silence will be held at Parkhead tonight prior to Celtic's Champions League game with RB Leipzig in memory of those who tragically lost their lives in Creeslough, Co. Donegal last Friday.
The Group F match kicks off at 8pm - with Real Madrid up against Shakhtar Donetsk in the other Group fixture at the same time.
Meanwhile, Celtic have been fined €15,000 over an anti-monarchy banner which was displayed at a Champions League game in Poland following the death of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.
UEFA's control, ethics and disciplinary body says it was "a message not fit for a sporting event".

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander Arnold is expected to be out for two weeks following a knee injury he picked up in Sunday's 3-2 Premier League defeat at Arsenal.
He was substituted at half time.
Fellow Reds defender Joel Matip is thought to be sidelined for the same amount of time.
