
Adam Idah to feature against France

Adam Idah is set to be the player Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny turns to in the absence of the injured Evan Ferguson for tomorrow's European Championship qualifier against France in Paris.
Cork native Idah has scored 2 goals for Norwich City in five Championship appearances this season.
The squad will train at the Parc des Princes later.
There’s one game in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division this evening at 7.45 as UCD host Derry City

Tipperary hurler Seamus Callanan has announced his retirement from the inter county game.
The 34 year old forward made his Championship debut in 2008 and won three All Ireland titles with the Premier county in 2010, 2016 and 2019.
Callanan had a year to remember with the blue and gold in 2019, as he lifted the Liam McCarthy Cup as Tipperary captain and won the Hurler of the Year award.
The Drom and Inch clubman also collected four All Star awards.

Jonathan Danty will miss France's opening Rugby World Cup game with New Zealand on Friday night with Yoram Moefana named to start in the centre.
Danty had been an injury doubt coming into the tournament for the hosts with a hamstring injury, and isn't being risked by head coach Fabien Galthie.
Fiji out-half Caleb Muntz has been ruled out of the World Cup.
He sustained a knee injury in training earlier this week.
Fiji start their tournament against Wales in Bordeaux on Sunday.
